Get active at New Hope!
There are many ways to get active at New Hope! Find an activity and a time that work for you and show up to play. Sports & Recreation Ministry at New Hope is a great way to get connected to the life of the church, meet new friends and get some exercise while doing it.
A racket sport for all ages, Pickleball is played in our gym and is a cross between Tennis and Ping Pong. There are games scheduled for all skill levels. Click the button below to get in touch with our scheduler or just come to watch and get the hang of it.

All ages are welcomed to join for a time of exercise and socializing. Walk laps around the gym in the A/C with some upbeat tunes playing for encouragement.
& Fridays 8:30-10AM
This is an organized basketball league for boys and girls in grades 1st – 6th. Registration begins in the fall and games are played in January and February. Click the button below for more info.
Be Strong Stay Young Fitness Class
For all seniors and also women ages 35 and up! Improves balance, reverses bone loss, and replaces fat with muscle. These exercises are scientifically proven to turn back the clock – from the research labs of Tuft University, Boston. Bring some dumbbell weights, and leg weights if you’d like.
